1.   Applicants must have a good command of English. All the courses are taught in English. Applicants' mother tongue or second language must be English, or they should have learned courses in English. They should be skillful in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Applicants whose mother tongue is not English must provide eligible  IELTS score of at least 5.5 or TOEFL score of at least 61 or any certificate  showing the applicants have equivalent English proficiency of 5.5 for IELTS or 61 for TOEFL.

2.   Requirements of Diploma, academic scores and scientific research capacity

      Undergraduates: Applicants must be high school graduates. They must have passed English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology graduation exams. Their physics, chemistry and biology exam results must be above B+ or 70%.

    Postgraduates: Applicants must provide Bachelor’s degree diploma, recommendation letters from 2 professors, associate professors and research plan.

 Doctoral candidates: Applicants must provide Master’s degree diploma，recommendation letters from 2 professors or associate professors and research plan.

3.   Applicants can't have any adverse record. Applicants must submit their graduation certificate, exam result sheet, passport and identity card. Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.

4.   Applicants under 18 must submit letter of authorization for guardianship.

5. Applicants should be in good health, meeting the physical examination requirements for a Chinese visa and residential permit, and being able to conduct normal activities of study and living in China.

6.Applicants must have sufficient financial support for all the fees.
